How it works

1Match nearby. Workers and jobs are matched by suburb and distance — no taxi fare wasted on far-away work.
2Pay safely. The employer pays into escrow before work starts. The worker knows the money is real; the employer only releases it when the job is done.
3Papers sorted. Every payment generates a proper payslip, and Sbenza handles the UIF declarations — protection for the worker, compliance for the employer.
